The Emily company expands its buildings

In recent years, the increase in the company’s turnover has made it possible to use the production tool at 100% of its capacity.
This is why Emily invested more than 2M € between 2019 and 2020 to achieve a 3000m³ expansion.
This new workshop is dedicated to the transformation of steel such as cutting, bending, drilling and rolling. As part of this extension, we have acquired 4 new cranes, a press brake and a rolling machine for new, latest generation machines.
Many other tools such as drill press, punching machine, shearer, deburring machine, have also made it possible to modernize our production tool.
The work to transform the production site was carried out with complete peace of mind. The anticipation of the expansion made it possible to maintain the same adhesion rate and the same delivery times, without consequences for our customers. The increased surface area as well as the availability of new cutting and welding machines will generate an additional € 4M in turnover with greater flexibility in production.
